Welcome! Thank you for visiting. It’s no accident that you are here, and I hope that I can be of service to you. Perhaps it would help to learn a little bit about me.
The journey to this point of my life has been an interesting mosaic of experiences. I majored in Criminal Justice and realized my dream to become a CT State Trooper in 1989. Feeling a pull to entrepreneurship, I began a part-time financial advisory business in 1997 and in 2002 took an early retirement from the State Police to pursue that business full-time. I became a Certified Financial Planner in 2003, and after choosing to focus on divorce financial planning, I completed the Certified Divorce Financial Analyst designation in 2004.
Being self-employed, I had only myself to rely on which sent me on a journey inward - to discover what it takes to “succeed” in life. Eventually that inward search led me to a spiritual path which I continue to travel on today.
Along with my personal journey, my financial practice has evolved as well. I have become more and more interested in helping people achieve peace and wellbeing in all areas of their lives, not just in their finances. Becoming a Certified Money Coach in 2016 started me down that path. I discovered how connected our inner spiritual nature is to our financial lives. If our inner state is unhealthy, it manifests in an unhealthy outer reality - financially or otherwise.
The desire to help people heal their inner state ultimately led me to a two year interfaith/interspiritual seminary program, culminating in my ordination as an interfaith minister in June of 2021. I have chosen to embrace my calling to be of service in both the spiritual and material side of life. This is who I am!
Peace,
Bill
